Budapest has become one of my favorite cities in the world. I'm not sure if it was from all the spy novels and espionage books I have read but it definitely had a real mysterious and a unique feel to it. The Inter-Continental and Hyatt right on the Danube are great hotels to stay. The Four Seasons was just being built so for those that like to be pampered there's your place. Visits to the Parliament building, Budapest Museum and Mathias Church are great and they have beautiful views of the city over-looking the scenic Danube. For some fantastic Hungarian wines and traditional food make a reservation at Rezkakas' restaurant. If you are in the mood for Thai food(?) hit Zebra One for a great meal and a NY atmosphere. The night life in Budapest is great and does not lack in clubs and bars. Enjoy.
